Transforming acquisition chaos into a scalable video production system.

The Objective: Brand Alignment

Following a new business acquisition, I was promoted to Production Specialist to lead the rebranding of the on-demand video content.

The Problem: The acquired content was chaotic and didn't match our high standards.
The Goal: Align disparate assets into a unified, professional brand voice for OETV.
The Context: We had to pivot entirely to virtual production during the 2020 global shutdowns.

Designed thumbnails for videos for live broadcasts, recorded versions for an on-demand platform for members of OpenExchange.

The Strategy: Building a Video Framework

I didn't just edit videos; I built a content production engine using Monday.com to coordinate between directors and global teams.

Systems Thinking: I designed reusable show templates, including intro animations, lower thirds, and thumbnail systems, using Adobe Creative Suite.
Scalable Output: This system allowed us to launch 7 new shows. I managed the transition from "Zoom pre-records" to high-quality weekly broadcasts and live-streams.
Technical Ownership: I took full control of the content lifecycle, from optimizing remote lighting and audio to final creative direction.

Measurable Results

Growth: Our new branded visuals and improved quality led to a significant increase in new subscriptions for Open Exchange.
Leadership: I successfully integrated an entire acquired company’s content into our ecosystem.
