I worked with the Content Manager to plan social media calendars and brainstorm new topics and strategies. My main role was to capture professional photos and design graphics to promote our members' live streams and attractions across multiple platforms. I also organized these visual assets using management tools, which allowed us to share content quickly during live events and save resources for future posts that promoted key tourism destinations. These efforts helped drive a 20% increase in website traffic and boosted ticket sales for our members.

I attended high-profile media events to capture original photography, building a centralized asset library that served as a core resource for the entire company.
Cross-Functional Use: I ensured that every image was high-quality and "on-brand" so it could be used by Marketing, PR, and Editorial departments.
Scalable Content: By building this library, I enabled different teams to access professional visuals instantly for social media, print, and web.
Brand Authority: My photography focused on highlighting brand priorities, turning live moments into long-term digital assets.

The Challenge
The Crisis: A global tragedy caused social media panic.
The Problem: People were confused about Orlando’s geography.
The Risk: This confusion was stopping hotel bookings and hurting the local economy.

The Strategy: Narrative World-Building
We stopped all regular marketing messaging. I pitched the “Love Orlando” campaign to the VP for an idea to shift our brand voice. Instead of just "selling" a destination, we mirrored the community’s energy. We returned a message of hope and resilience to the world to restore the city’s identity.

Asset Library: Original content managed and distributed to all departments.
Systems Thinking & Asset Management
I didn't just write posts; I built the infrastructure for the entire company.
Asset Management: I managed the full lifecycle of original photography and editorial content.
Content Frameworks: I built reusable templates used by multiple departments.
Global Standards: I assisted with the "voice and tone" rules for Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat for compassion and empathy.
The Measurable Impact
The Goal: Restore trust and safety.
The Result: Despite the crisis, visitation increased by one million visitors.
The Lesson: Strategic storytelling combined with organized systems drives real business results.
Brand Voice: How we used narrative to turn a crisis into a message of hope.
Building high-impact systems through live-streaming and original media production.
The Content Engine: This reel showcases my work managing the full lifecycle of media—from live production to final multi-media distribution.
Live-streaming and event photography as strategic tools to create disruptive social content. By moving away from traditional "static" marketing, I build real-time systems that foster deeper audience trust.
Live-Streaming: I challenge marketing norms by delivering immersive, live experiences that engage global audiences instantly.
Original Assets: I capture high-priority visuals that highlight brand stories in fresh, unexpected ways.
Scalable Impact: These strategies turn "one-off" moments into reusable content libraries that grow audiences and spark meaningful connections.
I transformed complex research into data-driven visual stories, using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to build press-ready infographics for editorial distribution to journalists and high-engagement sharing on Pinterest.
