Presentation Design Experience
I worked at PSAV as part of the Creative Services Development team, focusing on designing presentations and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for new business opportunities. When an RFP or potential client project came in, I managed the design elements to ensure a professional presentation.
One notable project involved a major client with a contract up for renewal. The sales team aimed to submit an exceptional RFP to secure the renewal, especially after mistakes in previous events jeopardized the partnership. I led the design of the presentation, carefully following Intel's brand guidelines for colors, fonts, and style. Using InDesign, I created a clean, visually engaging layout and used Photoshop to produce mockups that illustrated the stage design. The goal was to present the information seamlessly while delivering a compelling visual experience.
The results exceeded expectations. The client praised the RFP as the best they had ever seen, and we successfully secured the contract renewal. This led to three corporate leadership events annually. The client’s feedback reached the company’s vice president, who noted the design as a key factor in their decision to continue the partnership.

Brand Style Guides
I’ve worked with several startups to build new brands from the ground up. Many of these businesses came to me with just a logo or an idea, but no clear direction for fonts, colors, or imagery. To address this, I began offering brand style guides alongside website design services.
I developed a detailed questionnaire to create a creative brief, which I then used to guide my work as a web designer. I helped clients align their brand identity with their website, providing tools and consistency to extend their branding across marketing materials. By delivering cohesive and polished results, I elevated their websites while saving costs for clients who gained a clear vision. Working directly with me on brand style and messaging allowed them to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.
